A Norwich bar has made swift changes after being given one out of five in a food hygiene rating last month.
Revolution, in Queen Street, was found to have out-of-date cheese and major legal con-compliance in an inspection by the city council in December.
In a subsequent revisit this month, the bar was given four out of five.
The inspector gave the bar a food hygiene rating of one, meaning major improvement was necessary.
They wrote that the bar has "satisfactory food handling practices and procedures and adequate control measures to prevent cross-contamination are in place".
The report continued: "The contraventions require attention. Although not critical to food safety they may become so if not addressed."

There were contamination risks including an open but unsecured sack of flour being stored in the cellar.
The inspector also found out-of-date grated cheese, unwashed lettuces being "rammed" into a fridge under a pizza workbench and lots of litter on the floor throughout the staff areas.
Cleaning was found to be poor with areas such as the floors, walls, freezers and sinks being dirty.
Certain areas also require repairs or replacement such as the fridge seal, a toilet seat, flooring and ceiling tiles.
In addition, Revolution had "major non-compliance with legal requirements", with no written food safety management system, cleaning schedule and maintenance log.

Following the visit, the food hygiene inspector recommended that the catering staff refresh their food hygiene training to stay up to date with best practice.
They also suggested taping off and repairing the buckling flooring.
In a revisit from the city council on Thursday, January 12, the bar was given a new rating of four out of five.
A spokesperson for Revolution Norwich said: “In its most recent inspection by the food and safety team from Norwich City Council, Revolution Norwich was awarded a four-star hygiene rating.
"We take food safety and hygiene extremely seriously and work hard to ensure our food is of the best quality and prepared to the highest standards.”
