On track to open in July ahead of the next academic year, St Crispins House in Duke Street will be home to almost 700 students.

Currently shrouded under white sheeting, the building is being transformed as part of a £42m contract for a new 684-bed student accommodation block five minutes from Norwich University of the Arts (NUA) campuses.
All rooms are en suite and are either self-contained studios - also suitable for couples - or single-occupancy rooms in shared flats with communal kitchen and living room facilities.

There are 17,000 students studying at the University of East Anglia (UEA) and NUA, with the block set to help meet the demand for digs.
On completion, St Crispins House will also boast the likes of study spaces, a 24-hour gym, podcast room, karaoke room, cinema room, content creation space and central courtyard.
