From a West End thriller to the voice of Love Island, there is something for everyone in the new Norwich Theatre season.
These are the newly-announced shows for the Theatre Royal, Playhouse, Stage Two and its digital platform.

English Touring Opera presents Cinderella [La Cenerentola] (Rossini) - October 16 2023
On the surface this is a joyous retelling of the Cinderella story, but the triumph of goodness and kindness in Rossini’s opera masks a more biting commentary on status and desire.
English Touring Opera presents The Coronation of Poppea (Monteverdi) - October 17 2023
With music and characterisation which still feel strikingly modern, Monteverdi’s darkly entertaining depiction of violence and intrigue at the court of Emperor Nero was one of the first operatic masterpieces.

Better Late than Never is a dance film responding to the climate and ecological emergency. It was captured collaboratively across nine different countries.
Tickets are on sale now for Gold Friends, supporters and corporate members, on March 29 for Best Friends and Friends and they go on general sale on March 31.
