A man in his 20s has been arrested after a quantity of crack cocaine and heroin was discovered in an early morning police raid.

Officers from the Norwich neighbourhood policing team executed a warrant on a property in Lower Clarence Road at 6am today (April 20).

During a search of the property, officers found the Class A drugs, along with drug paraphernalia including mobile phones and scales.

A man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs and possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.

The man has been taken to Wymondham police station for questioning.
