The owner of a witchy city shop has revealed the secrets to its success as she celebrates 35 years in business.
Those seeking spiritual guidance and gifts have been flocking to Inanna's Magical Gifts for decades.
The owner, who only goes by the name Naomi, came up with the idea for the shop in a dream and credits its success to the welcoming space which is a friend to customers.
"I was on holiday with a friend in north Wales after I was made redundant," she said.
"One night I had a dream I was walking in Norwich and went into a little store that was selling everything I love.
"I woke up and wrote it all down. I didn't even know who Inanna was."

Naomi opened the store just four weeks later in June 1988.
The first location was in Magdalen Street, before moving to the Royal Arcade, Pottergate and settling in St Andrews Hill 18 years ago.
"This was actually the shop I saw in that dream so I'm very happy we're here," Naomi said.
"We've served three generations of customers, people who came in without children in the 80s now bring their grandchildren in.
"I think that's the secret to our success, we've had almost 40 years of loyal customers who trust us.

"It's an honour and a privilege to serve our community in this way.
"We've seen four recessions, Brexit and Covid but they've stuck with us because we're a very welcoming space.
"We have things in here celebrating all faiths and walks of life. I feel like not many other shops do that.
"I love that interaction, that connection you can make with people. Making people feel loved and valued is something money can't buy."
Inanna's Magical Gifts in St Andrews Hill is open from 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and midday to 4pm Sunday.
