An application for a new retail pod in the car park of a city supermarket has been approved.
Four parking spaces at the Sainsbury's in Pound Lane, Thorpe St Andrew, will be replaced with a Timpson unit.
Services provided by the business will include dry cleaning and key cutting - with the site operating a drop-off and collection point for products.
Customers will also have the option to either wait on-site or do their shopping within the main Sainsbury's store while work is carried out.

The pod will be constructed off-site and will consist of a customer service counter, a waiting area and a staff room.
Plans have been approved despite objections from Thorpe St Andrew Town Council.
The authority questioned "the need for an outside pod and whether it would set a precedent going forward".
The town council also questioned the proposed location of the pod, raising safety concerns for pedestrians and disabled parking users in the vicinity - adding that it "would prefer to see a location on the peripheries of the car park".
Broadland District Council approved the application on the condition that work begins before July 2026.
