The husk of a burnt-out motorboat is now submerged in the River Wensum after a fire.
Crews from Sprowston and Carrow were called at 4.10am today (September 14) after reports of a boat fire in Bishop Bridge Road in Norwich.
The blaze was eventually extinguished more than an hour later.

Eyewitnesses reported a charred wreck and a strong smell from the melted fibreglass hull.
The motor boat, approximately 20ft long, is called 'Drylawn' and is registered in London.
