Body Transform Fitness is hosting a charity 'Monster' workout.
More than 50 people are expected to participate to raise money for East Anglia's Children's Hospices.
The gym, which has already raised more than £12,000 for the charity since January 2023, plans to organise a Hyrox-themed partner session on March 8 at 6.30pm.
The event, open to both members and non-members, will include an hour-long partner workout.
Admission is £10 per participant with an option for a post-workout meal of fish and chips for £15.

The proceeds from the event will go directly to the charitable cause.
Goodhew Sports Injuries will also offer free sports massage taster sessions before, during, and after the workout.
In addition to this event, Body Transform Fitness is leading more than 50 members up Snowdon on May 19 for another charity event.
Looking ahead, the gym aims to increase its total donations to £20,000 by the end of 2024.
