Body Transform Fitness (BTF) hosted a 'monster' gym session to raise funds for charity.
The fitness centre welcomed 67 people to work out in aid of East Anglia's Children’s Hospices on March 8 at 6.30pm.
This charitable event was the largest of several similar sessions held at BTF throughout the year.
People of all fitness levels and ages, ranging from 17 to 63, participated in the session.
The charity evening raised £720 during the one-hour event, making an addition to the sum of £13,000 already raised by the gym for charity.
BTF has been actively engaged with the charity since the start of 2023.
Dean Rudling, manager at BTF, led the evening along with his team of coaches including Laura Hudson, Scott Williams and Lee Swann.
They took participants through a 60-minute Hyrox-inspired workout involving specific exercises performed in pairs and interval runs.

To add to the offering, Katherine Goodhew from Goodhew's Sports injuries offered free sports massage taster sessions.
Mr Rudling said: "One of my proudest night's at BTF.
"My team put together something amazing and everyone who participated made it a night to remember, you just don't get this type of atmosphere at other gyms, what a great amount of money raised for East Anglia's Children’s Hospices once again."
After the workout itself, most people stayed behind for fish and chips to end the evening.
Coach Laura Hudson, said "Such a fantastic night for a great cause.
"The atmosphere in the gym was electric.
"Such a privilege to be a part of such an amazing community."
Body Transform Fitness have a target to raise £20,000 by the end of 2024.
The next charity event planned by BTF is a trek up Snowdon in Wales for 56 participants on May 19.
Another charity 'monster' gym session is due on July 19.
