Drivers were facing delays on the A47 Norwich Southern Bypass due to a two car crash.
Police were called at 11am to a crash westbound at the A11 Hethersett Bypass at the Thickthorn Roundabout.
Slow traffic built up in the area as a recovery team tried to clear the scene.
An exit ramp was partially blocked as police moved a vehicle off of the slip road.
Traffic was queuing in the area due to the tailback.
