A man in his 20s has been charged in connection with an assault near Norwich.
Police were called to Dereham Road in New Costessey at 6pm on Saturday following reports of a road rage incident.
When officers arrived, they found two men had been assaulted with a bike chain and both were checked by ambulance staff at the scene.
The incident took place between the Breckland roundabout and the Cherry Tree pub.
A man was arrested on suspicion of assault, possessing an offensive weapon and a public order offence.
He was taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
Abdul Ghafar, 22, of Thorpe Road, Norwich was subsequently charged with two counts of common assault and possessing an offensive weapon in a public place.
He is due to appear before Norwich Magistrates' Court on October 4.
