From new American fast-food chains to Hay Hill finally nearing completion, here are all the changes that have been happening in Norwich city centre.
1) Hay Hill revamp
The end is in sight for the long-term Hay Hill project - with contractors Tarmac saying work will be complete "within the next couple of weeks".
A spokeswoman for Tarmac said: "Everyone involved in the Norwich Hay Hill project has been working to complete the finishing touches, on what is a fantastic project.
"We look forward to giving an important part of the city centre back to the public as soon as practicable."
2) Taco Bell
Taco Bell will soon be hitting Norwich's streets as work is well under way to transform the former Blakely shop in London Street.
The Tex Mex restaurant serves a variety of burritos and tacos.
When open, the restaurant will have space for 28 diners and be open from 11am to 11pm daily.
3) Wingstop
Wingstop, an American chain that specialises in chicken wings, has started recruiting ahead of plans to open in the former Superdry unit within Chantry Place.
The company is currently looking for managers to lead the outlet which will be located in the vacant unit which used to house the Superdry clothing store.
Currently, the closest Wingstop to Norwich is in Chelmsford.
4) Rosa's Thai restaruant
Rosa's Thai is opening at Chantry Square on the site of the former Byron Burger.
The menu includes authentic dishes from Thailand such as chicken satay, spring and summer rolls, noodle soups and curries.
The official opening date has now been revealed as Monday, October 7 with plans for a soft launch with discounted food beforehand.
5) Top G Wings
Top G Wings is gearing up to open in St Augustine's Gate at the end of September in the home of the previous Fra.kost Danish bakery.
The restaurant - which specialises in chicken wings and strips - has eight flavours on offer including Buffalo, Naga chilli and OG Southern.
Burgers, shakes and desserts will also be on offer.
6) Toys R Us
Toys R Us has lodged plans to open inside WH Smith in Gentleman's Walk as part of a relaunch drive across the UK.
The plans will see the Toys R Us branding displayed across half of the existing WH Smith in Gentleman's Walk.
Norwich City Council will determine whether the retailer can display its branding in Gentleman's Walk in due course.
7) Lazy Lobster
Lazy Lobster - a home decor store - is set to open in the former Langley's Unit in the Royal Arcade later this month.
The shop will offer a "diverse" range of home decor and gifts such as mugs, books, candles, vases, lighting fixtures, pin badges, trinket dishes and prints.
Owners Jodie and Bria intend to vary their product selection depending on customer demand and evolving trends.
