A man has died from a fatal medical episode after an air ambulance landed at a village near Norwich.
Emergency services were called at 4.36pm yesterday (September 19) with concerns for the welfare of a man in Great Melton Road in Hethersett.

Locals reported hearing sirens in the village as medical staff dealt with the incident.
A community first responder, two ambulances, an ambulance officer vehicle and the East Anglian Air Ambulance were sent to the scene.
Despite the best efforts of the paramedics, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
