A Norwich pub is undergoing a major six figure refurbishment.
The Woolpack in Golden Ball Street, is currently closed for an extensive renovation which when complete will see the popular city venue re-open with a new interior, outdoor seating area and fully re-surfaced carpark.
Work began on the pub on July 9, and is expected to be completed by the end of the month ready for a grand re-opening on Tuesday July 31.
Included in the renovation is a 'jumbrella', a four by four metre covered outdoor seating area complete with heaters for colder nights.
Ian Judge, general manager at the Woolpack, said: 'We're incredibly excited to launch on Tuesday 31 July and can't wait to open the doors! The pub will be a great destination for locals, whether you're visiting us for a quick bite, long lazy lunch, the latest fixtures or a family get together.'
