Many of the fans were not born when Little Mix won The X Factor nearly eight years ago.
And others were old enough to remember when football did come home.
That was the age range of concert goers at Earlham Park on Saturday to see the return of world's biggest girlband to Norwich.
Bunny ears, glitter and hair braids were the must haves on a night which saw Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock transform the usual haven for dog-walkers and runners into party where girl power was the order of the night.
Opening with Touch to choreographed pyrotechnics, the Brit Award winners worked their way through their now extensive back catalogue with favourites such as Hair and Love Me Like You.
The set was simple and throughout the night they were joined on stage by four male dancers.
In between songs the girls took it in turns to address the excited crowd with cries of Norwich each time.
'You all look so gorgeous,' said Edwards. 'Don't be bashful. I love the glitter, it is so cute, I love your posters as well.'
This only brought more high pitch screams.
There were also messages of female empowerment with Thirlwall telling the crowd, which was mostly female, to be comfortable in who they are and feel confident to dress how they want.
Much of the set list was from the group's four albums, they were excited to say there was a fifth on the way, but they did play their new single Only You.
The collaboration with EDM group Cheat Codes gave the crowd another boost before moving into Shout Out To My Ex which saw the introduction of giant black and white walls.
The inevitable encore was all about inclusiveness. During Secret Love Song, which has been picked up as an anthem by the LGBT community, the stage was adorned in rainbow colours, something which may have been missed by the younger fans.
Ending with Power, a song which states 'you can be a woman and a boss and wear the trousers at the same time', there was an overwhelming feeling of togetherness in the crowd.
With strength, sass and unity, Little Mix really did bring girl power to Norwich.
