Train passengers will not be able to buy tickets from the ticket office at Great Yarmouth's station from Monday, March 20 for the next two weeks.
Greater Anglia has said the ticket office will be closed for approximately two weeks so urgent repairs can be carried out at the customer service booth.
In a Tweet marked 'Important' Greater Anglia said the station's customer service team will be present to help passengers with buying tickets from ticket vending machines.
Travellers have also been advised advance purchase products will not be available during the work and passengers can buy the products online or at Norwich and Lowestoft stations.
The tweet ended with: 'We apologise for any inconvenience.'
