A company known for selling board games has levelled up its workspace by investing almost two million pounds into lavish new offices.
Zatu Games, owned by husband-and-wife team Simon and Treena Budd, have spent £1.8m to move their team into the new 24,273 sqft building located in Barnard Road.
Lee Mallett, facilities and IT manager at Zatu Games, says that there are more plans in the works, adding: "There's a further £100k planned for car parks and footpaths and our next exciting plan is a £750k roof terrace garden for staff to enjoy."
Mr Budd said: "It's really exciting to have all of our team in such a modern and collaborative workspace, with plenty of room to support the expansion of the company over the next few years."
The space can also be leased out to "small businesses and start-ups offering flexible agreements" ranging from complete offices down to a single desk lease.
