A Norwich chef who previously worked in catering for TV and film, including Netflix's The Crown, is bringing his top-notch food to a wider audience.
George Cobb, 29, set up his own business Hobb Boss Catering earlier this year and he has been doing roast dinner and supper club pop-ups at Connaught Kitchen in NR2.
On December 11 he is serving a Sunday roast there from 1.30pm until 6pm, with dishes individually priced or three courses are £30.
For the mains, there is a choice of slow-roasted pork belly or roast sirloin of beef served with all the trimmings and a Yorkshire pudding.
Also available is a roast salmon dish with caper lemon butter and dauphinoise potatoes and a vegan pumpkin and squash risotto.
The desserts have a festive feel, including a spiced apple and berry crumble and spiced caramel oranges.
Mr Cobb said: "When we have done the roasts before people have said it is the best they have ever had and I always get positive feedback."
Connaught Kitchen will be offering a range of drinks, including mulled wine and a range of regular wines and local beers.
Book a table by messaging Hobb Boss Catering on Instagram, where future dates will also be posted.
