It was Christmas chaos on the streets of a city suburb this weekend as footage emerged on social media of parcels littering a cold, damp road.
Delivery giant Evri, formally known as Hermes, has a warehouse located in Morgan Way and transports packages around the city.
But passers-by were shocked to spot parcels dumped in the dank pathway - with the footage later posted to Facebook.

Rebecca Ann, who lives in Hellesdon with her partner, has been waiting on a number of parcels from Evri after ordering them back in November and saw the footage.
The 26-year-old, who works in child services, said: "I'm at my wit's end with it all.
"I ordered a few presents on November 19 to try and avoid the Black Friday rush and Royal Mail strikes - but it still hasn't arrived.
"I saw the video and was looking to see if I could spot any of my parcels.
"Seeing the footage there looks to be no consideration as to what is in the packages and what it means to people.
"What's to say that people aren't just going up there to take a load of order without the workers knowing?
"They don't seem to know what they're doing - it's shocking business practice."
Judith Wilson, a spokeswoman for Evri, said: "We can confirm that due to capacity issues following higher than normal Christmas parcel volumes driven in part by the Royal Mail Strikes, in some cases our couriers are sorting parcels for delivery outside to avoid congestion.
"While this is not ideal, it is a short-term temporary arrangement as our local team works hard to ensure that all parcels will arrive before Christmas.
"We have arrangements in place for bad weather and there are people on site to protect against theft."
Rebecca added that she may have to purchase new gifts if those ordered a month ago don't arrive, addinh: "I don't know whether my parcels will arrive - if it's been lost in transit, damaged, where it is or if I'm ever going to receive it.
"I understand it's a busy time of year but they're not fit for purpose - it makes me so angry."
