Park runs across the county have been cancelled due to icy conditions being too dangerous for runners.
They are free 5kms put on every Saturday at 9am for people to walk, jog or run.
But the current weather has pushed organisers into cancellation, with arctic winds of as low as -9C and a yellow warning from the Met Office for ice.
Catton Parkrun cancelled, saying on Twitter: "We're sorry to have to do this but the park is just too icy and slippery in places and safety must come first."
Following course inspections Eaton, Holkham, Sheringham, North Walsham and Yarmouth gave also cancelled.
Blickling and Hunstanton parkruns will be on as usual but Sandringham will be deciding on Saturday morning whether or not to go ahead
Many of the runs will be back on as normal next Saturday, December 24, with organisers telling runners to come in festive fancy dress.
The weather next week is due to rise, with 13C forecast for Monday, but the end of the week could see more chilly spells.
