More shops have been forced to close due to the flooding which streamed out from the old cinema in Anglia Square.
Independent game shop, Regen Games, and charity shop the YMCA are the latest casualties to have shut in the run-up to Christmas.
It comes after Poundland shut its doors to the public after it was flooded by water seeping in from the former cinema above.
The sign in the door of Regen Games says "flooded again" and included a link to its Facebook page for updates.
The YMCA sign says: "Sorry. Due to circumstances beyond our control we are closed until further notice. We hope to be back open as soon as possible."
However, it also confirmed that deliveries and collections will still go ahead, despite the closure.
Anglian Water was called to the scene but workers were unable to fix the problem as it was a private leak.
A spokesman for the water supplier said: "This is a private leak - not from our network - coming from internal pipes in the old cinema.
"The leak has been isolated by our team and the maintenance company who looks after the building has been informed.
"The leak maintenance is now their responsibility."
The former cinema, previously run by Odeon before being taken over by Hollywood, has been shut since 2019.
A spokesman for Anglia Square's parent company said: "We can confirm that due to a leak from the old cinema site, caused by extreme weather conditions, Poundland and YMCA remain closed.
"Anglian Water were quick to isolate the incident earlier in the week and since then the centre management team and our contractors have been working hard to resolve the outstanding issues so that Poundland and YMCA can open as soon as possible."
Poundland, which was seemingly the first shop to be affected by the flood, shut on December 19 and is still shut to shoppers.
A Poundland spokesman said: "The landlord of the premises is working on fixing the problem, but we don’t yet have an idea when it will be fixed.
"We're sorry for the inconvenience, but while the store is closed customers can visit our retail park shop and two town centre stores."
