A Norwich shop and café has opened its newly decorated premises today (January 3) with a new resident studio offering mid-century furniture.
The Workshop, in Earlham Road, is the new home for the passion project of furniture collector Tracey Beeby, working under the name Studio53.
Tracey , 52, moved to Norwich in 2002 and worked as an interior design for 10 years.
Warren Bryant opened The Workshop in 2006 after previously working as an antique restorer.
Warren stopped the café's food service after 16 years to focus on his mental health and passion for restored furniture.
With bills rising due to the cost of living crisis, if he kept serving food he would need to choose between "paying the electricity bill or mortgage".
His sister Heidi Bryant runs her own business serving coffee and pastries at The Workshop.
Tracey, who has been friends with Warren for around 20 years, now rents a studio from the premises since October.
Having collected vintage furniture for a while she learned how to restore pieces in lockdown.

Tracey said: "The Workshop is the most welcoming, inclusive space I have ever found and visitors have absolutely loved the pieces.
"It is a treasure trove."
With Studio53 only a few months old, Tracey added: "I have always loved to find second-hand stuff which has already lived a bit of a life.
"As a child of the 70s, I love mid-century things. I just find things I love.
"Studio53 is the result of living in a tiny flat and having a place for the things I collect,
"It is like visiting old friends."
