Dog owners could soon be able to enjoy a refreshing beer with their pooches at a Wymondham cafe.
The owner of the Farm Cafe based at Centre Paws is celebrating his first year at the helm and has revealed his plans for the year ahead.
With its dog-friendly menu, Alpaca hen party packages and live music nights, Tom Boggan said he is expecting 2023 to be just as busy.
The 29-year-old, who took over the cafe in January 2022, said: "Our first year was amazing.
"It couldn't have gone any better.
"Our dog menu with dog roast dinners, dog beer and wine, and pup cakes was a hit from the start.
"And of course, our customers enjoy the human menu, which is made using all fresh and local produce.
"We also own Wymondham Alpacas and offer Alpackages for hen parties which will continue, along with our Munch and Music Nights.
"I feel very proud and the support we have had is fantastic."
Mr Boggan said in the spring he hopes to give the cafe a small refurb - which will see it close for a short amount of time.
He also has plans to apply for an alcohol licence so beer and wine can be served at the site.
"We are planning to get our alcohol licence, that's a big one for us this year," he said.
"In the summer we want our customers to be able to sit in the sunshine with a beer and a glass of wine with their dogs while enjoying some lunch.
"Then we could also offer prosecco at our hen parties."
The cafe is open seven days a week from 10am to 4pm.
Mr Boggan added: "A truly massive thank you to our amazing customers as we really couldn't do it without your support."
