A bustling city coffee shop will remain in the heart of Norwich for another decade after renewing its lease.
Norwich institution Marmalades, which has been in the same spot in the Royal Arcade for 21 years, has recently come under new ownership.
New proprietor Daniel Bradford said: "We are really excited to be continuing Marmalades' presence in the Royal Arcade.
"The establishment has built up a very loyal customer base and we are looking forward to serving them in the years to come.
"The rejuvenation of the Royal Arcade and the influx of new tenants and store openings are the key factors behind our decision to take on a new 10-year lease."
Simon Ashdown, director of LPC1 - the company that manages the Royal Arcade added: "Marmalades has become part of the fabric of the Royal Arcade and attracts a great number of visitors who enjoy the surroundings of our historic building."
