Images released for two upcoming Norfolk housing developments show off a futuristic look.

Developers All Saints have released conceptual images of its new Bowsfield housing development ahead of opening.

The development is currently under construction in Great Ellingham with the first phase reaching completion.

Consisting of 153 dwellings, the first properties completed are due to be occupied in March.

The developers claim the properties have been designed to promote "natural light, mental wellbeing and integration with the natural environment".

Drayton View is a collection of 12 homes scheduled to start construction in June with preparation works now being conducted.

Developers claim for the first 10 years the properties will operate as care facilities for patients with early-onset dementia, with the 12th unit operating as a management centre with hydrotherapy facilities.

Upon the completion of this initial 10-year period, the units will be refurbished for continued use or converted into private four-bedroom homes at a discounted price.
