City workers tired of having sandwiches for lunch could now get a hot meal without having to take much time out of their day.
The StreetFood Box at Castle Social, at the Castle Quarter shopping centre, has tried to make getting fresh food easier for busy city workers.
The street food vendor, which opened in October, has introduced a way for workers to pre-order food and select a time they would like to collect it.
Director Matthew Dawkins said: “We want local workers to enjoy good quality food without eating into their lunch break.
“We hope that being able to pre-order food will encourage more people working in the city to visit us during the week.”
This can be done via a QR code or at goodeats.io/TheStreetFoodBox.
There is direct access to Castle Social via Farmers Avenue, which means there is no need to contend with shoppers.
