With many feeling the housing market isn't accessible to them, director of Norwich estate agents Gilson Bailey, Jack Hubbard, talks through his top Norwich properties for those looking to get on the ladder.

"It's a perfect first home in the west of the city and in great order," Jack said.

"Within a couple of hours of it going up it's had a fair few enquiries.

"It's got a nice modern kitchen diner which is not always done and stands out from a standard two-up-two-down terrace.

"This one is ripe for renovation," Jack explained.

"It can be worth another £50,000 or so more if it's done up to a good standard.

"It needs someone with a vision who is willing to get stuck in and their hands dirty.

"This is priced with the view of putting your own stamp on it."

Jack said: "This is great for those who don't want to be in the throws of the city.

"There's an appeal to those who have grown up in the area who want to be between Norwich and the coast.

"it's more affordable, being further out.
