A Norwich-based ice cream business with a twist is on a roll as it gears up for a jam-packed year of events.

Dreamy Ice Rolls was started in a converted horsebox over the jubilee weekend in June 2022 by couple Ellie Robinson, 33, and Paul Sheehy, 32.

The pair had wanted to launch a business together for a while and purchased a horsebox, which they converted and painted pink.

They were inspired by their daughter Katie, 10, who loves watching videos on the social media platform TikTok and ice cream rolls are a big craze.

Ms Robinson said: "It is basically anything you want in ice cream, including chocolate, fruit and biscuits, all mashed on an ice palette and then flattened and rolled.

"The business is really blooming and we have been booked for lots of campsites and weddings this year and we are expanding into crêpes.

"Everyone loves being able to watch it all being made fresh."

As it is so busy this year, their son Thomas, 13, will be helping out over the summer.
