You will soon be able to wash a New York-style sandwich down with a pint at a popular city pub.
Bodega X Garnet is launching this Friday (February 17), where the two popular city food and drink establishments will join forces to offer Bodega sandwiches at The Garnet pub.
A bodega in New York is a 24-hour convenience store with a deli where people come for affordable food, and the Norwich market stall will soon be open 5-9pm every Friday.
The Bodega can be found at stall 175 and is owned by Edd Watkinson, 30, who lives in the city.
People can sit at The Garnet pub, at the top of Norwich market and order through the app or online, and Bodega will bring your food to you.
The stall will also be open for those who are not sat at the pub.
While Bodega's concept is inspired by New York, the flavours are taken from cuisines across the world, including the Hot One Please with Nashville hot fried chicken, cheese, coriander and lime slaw, Cholula hot sauce and rocket.
