One of Norwich's longest-standing crepe sellers reported its busiest-ever Pancake Day.
Christophes Crepes in Pottergate, which has served Norwich for 12 years, saw long queues all day with crepe-crazy city folk waiting for up to an hour for a taste of battered goodness.
The business began on a stall in Davey Place, which has been closed this year, and has become the go-to place for city folk on Shrove Tuesday.
Owner Chris Smith said the shop gears up for the big day early each year in the hope it will be inundated with sweet-toothed shoppers.
Emotionally drained from his big day, Mr Smith said: "It's our busiest ever day.
"Every day is busy so we prepare early as you never know.

"But this year was incredible, we had hour-long queues but our customers still wait.
"It's amazing support, we're so lucky.
"People have started coming out of the way to see us.
"We've got to know our customers in all the time we've been here. We have people who have been taken here aged eight now coming back as adults."
