A suburb on the outskirts of the city is being highlighted by police for its "drug and vehicle related issues".
St Clements Hill and Constitution Hill, in Sewell Ward, came out on top of a poll put out by police asking people where they would like its Safer Neighbourhood Team to prioritise.
Julie Brociek-Coulton, councillor for Sewell Ward, said: "It's great to see that following the Norwich North SNAP poll, this area is the new chosen priority.
"I want to thank all of the people that had a meeting with me outside of Sewell Park Academy several months ago were we discussed the issues.
"One of the actions was to try and stop people speeding, even though it's already 20mph, as well as helping make sure children wouldn't run across the road, but walk safely.
"Thank you to the Police so far and I hope to work with them on getting this problem solved for Sewell and St Clements Hill in the future."
Other areas included in the poll were Magdalen Road and Mousehold Avenue - both mentioned for its drug issues.
