An award-winning business in Norfolk is on the market after the owner decided to sell due to a change in her life circumstances.
Little Boutique, which has won numerous accolades, opened five and a half years ago in Wymondham.
It has since grown from strength to strength and offers a "lot of potential" for the future buyer, according to the current owner, Kate Harrowven.
She said: "It has been an amazing five years and I have built up a fantastic customer base but unfortunately I'll no longer be able to give it the attention it deserves as I'll soon become a parent.
"It has so much potential and I hope someone will take it on and put their own stamp on it."
Little Boutique has previously been awarded a Muddy Stiletto's award for Best Women's Store and was also named the South Norfolk Retailer of the Year at the Broadland and South Norfolk Business Awards 2022.
It sells a range of clothing, gifts, jewellery and much more and is located in Fairland Street.
