The owners of popular Thai and steak street food trailers that go across Norfolk are trying a slice of something new.
Couple Ryan and Beccy Galvin launched Phat Khao with friend David Carter in January 2021, offering authentic Thai dishes from a converted horsebox.
Then in 2022 Mr and Mrs Galvin, from Briston, started another truck called Moody Cow, serving steaks, fries and sauces.
The couple is now gearing up to launch two new Italian food trucks in April 2023, with Lola's Pizzeria, named after their daughter, and Truffle offering pasta, lasagne and risotto.

Mrs Galvin said: "Ryan has been a chef for 25 years and in 2021 we went to Italy and he learned how to make authentic Italian dishes.
"Since Covid, street food is the new normal and we also enjoy going to all these lovely venues."
As well as being available for private hire, Lola's Pizzeria will have a regular slot at Pinewoods Holiday Park in Wells-next-the-Sea and Truffle is booked for Kelling Heath Holiday Park, near Holt, and Norwich's Junkyard Market.
