A deli is expanding into a newly-converted barn near Norwich and it will be joined by other local businesses.
Black Barn Farm in Salhouse had permission granted by Broadland District Council for a change of use for its existing agricultural building in November 2022.
Owner Trevor Thain wanted to turn it into a rural business hub and it now boasts eight rentable units and a café space upstairs.
Mr Thain said: "It will be a collective putting the butcher, baker and candlestick maker back in the village with sustainability at the heart - I am Norfolk's answer to Jeremy Clarkson."

He will also supply meat to the butchery from his cattle herd and over the next year will be opening a vegetable garden and apple orchard, with plans for Christmas trees too.
The tenants announced so far are Salt Interior Design, Zoë Bidwell Bespoke Event Flowers and The Galley deli, based in Horning, which will be expanding into the barn too.
The Galley's opening date there is Saturday, April 1, and owner Katie Williams will be holding a party to celebrate with free samples between 10am and 3pm.
She first opened the Horning deli, which also has a café and gift shop, in January 2020.

Ms Williams said: "My relationship with the Black Barn Farm started by doing their farmers' market and this diversification was brought about by Covid and turned out to be very profitable."
The farmers' market takes place monthly, with the next one on March 11 from 10am to 1pm.
On offer at The Galley at Horning will be cheeses, olives, cured meats, cakes, sausage rolls, pasties, scones and much more.
Ms Williams added: "I hope it will become a collective effort at Black Barn Farm and we want to showcase the best of Norfolk."
