As the Evening News's campaign to save Norwich's NHS walk-in centre continues, we want to know when the practice has helped you.
Our campaign aims to get as many people as possible to respond to the public consultation for the crucial service, to give it the best chance of survival.
But we also want to hear from readers about what the Rouen Road centre has done for them.
We have already told the story of Paul Falco, who was given vital medication by the practice when his GP refused to prescribe it, and want to tell your story of the walk-in centre.
Fears of the medical centre's closure started when a consultation was launched in January asking patients if they felt its contract, which will run out in March 2024, should be renewed.
Both of the city's MPs have criticised the situation, with Chloe Smith saying she is "certainly not convinced" about the closure and Clive Lewis said it would "make no sense at all" for the walk-in centre to close.
The consultation can be accessed here where it can be completed online, via post or email - and you can share your experiences with us below.
