The former home of a cocktail bar in the Golden Triangle area of Norwich is now up for rent.

For the last year, the unit in Unthank Road had been home to vegan bar Oliver's but in February its closure was announced.

Owned by friends Oliver Sanham and Oliver Holdsworth, the bar served homemade cocktails and plant-based nibbles.

Following its closure, the property was quickly put on the market by Arnolds Keys.

The estate agent said there had been lots of strong interest in the property with five offers in the first week it was listed.

With a yearly rent of £24,000, the Victorian end-of-terrace is 830sqft and is spread over three rooms on the ground floor.

It is now under offer but it is currently unknown what the new leaseholders will turn the space into as it could be used for retail or as an office.

Before it was a bar the space was the Amnesty International bookshop which opened in 2018.
