A new cocktail bar in a historic Norwich street is shaking things up by launching bottomless brunch.
Silhouette opened at the Timber Hill entrance to the Castle Quarter, in the former home of Bourgee steak and lobster restaurant, in February 2023.
The owners are Carlos Magalhaes and Fabio Rodrigues and it also serves meals such as burgers in colourful buns and pasta.

Its pink, Instagram-friendly interiors and extravagant cocktails have proved popular and it is now allowed to serve alcohol again after a licence issue last month.
Bottomless brunch will run every Saturday and Sunday starting on March 25 and there will be two sittings at 12noon and 2pm.
It costs £38pp and includes bottomless prosecco, fruity Sangria or soft drinks for 90 minutes.
This can be enjoyed with a two-course brunch, with the mains options ranging from eggs royale to spaghetti bolognese.
The desserts on offer are a chocolate and peanut butter stack, white chocolate profiteroles or carrot cake.
