A diner where staff care more about upsetting customers than delivering five-star service could be coming to Norwich.
Karen’s Diner, which has a unique approach to hospitality, has amassed millions of views on TikTok for videos of its staff humiliating customers.
The American 50s-style restaurant prides itself on offering "the worst service in Europe while ensuring that the New York-style food is great".
The diner, where the waiting staff are all referred to as Karen, is currently on a tour across the UK and in a Facebook post said it was looking to come to Norwich.

No date or venue had been revealed for the city yet, but people have been warned to expect “ruthless banter” and “cutting insults”.
Videos on TikTok show ‘Karens’ telling customers to “sit down as they are not special” and shouting expletives at people who are vegan.
Staff are also known to throw menus at diners and shake up cans of drinks.
The chain has multiple restaurants across Australia, the US and the UK - including Birmingham, Manchester and Sheffield.
