A new street food business in Norfolk will make the humble chip the star of the show.
Kelly Blake, 33, from Hethersett, has just launched Fries Before Guys and it will tour the county in a gazebo this summer.
She will be offering hand-cut fries which are dipped in vegetable oil twice to create an extra crunchy taste.

They will be served with homemade sauces such as truffle mayonnaise or pink garlic aioli, with toppings such as parmesan, gold flakes or edible flowers.
Her background is as a skin therapist, but she has always been around food as her mum Lesley is a chef and her partner Chris runs the local food truck Elsie's Pizza.

Her upcoming events include the Mulbarton Festival on May 27 and 28, Kisstory in Earlham Park on June 10 and Norwich Pride on July 29.
Mrs Blake said: "I spotted a gap in the market for somewhere where the chips are just as good as the toppings.
"I am originally from up north so I know what good chips taste like and am really excited to get going."
