A city pub is reopening this week after being closed for refurbishment this month.
The Trafford Arms in Trafford Road has announced it is reopening at midday on Thursday (March 30).
Al Dente pasta bar, which has a site in St Giles Street, will be serving food at the pub in the evenings from Thursday to Sunday.
The restaurant is set to serve Italian classics “with a vibrant pub twist” from Thursday, April 6.

Since taking on the pub in 2015, Nick and Briony De’Ath, who also own the Unthank Arms and the Warwick Arms, have maintained the traditional community feel of the pub as well as continuing the Valentine’s Beer Festival and the monthly quizzes.
Changes which have been made to the pub include the colours and fabrics in the interior and new high tables and sofas for customers to relax in.
The pub will also be welcoming Churros & Chorizo food truck and Luca Pizza's every week, alongside the dishes served by Al Dente Pasta Bar.
