Scam artists are going door-to-door in the NR3 area attempting to tie city folk into dodgy phone contracts.
Norfolk Trading Standards has told those living in the area to "be on their guard" after the spate of cold calls was first reported on March 20.
Incidents have seen a group knocking on doors and attempting to get people to sign up to fake contracts with the promise of a large discount.

It advised those who may be targeted to never deal with anyone who arrives at the door unannounced offering to sell something or asking them to agree to a contract.
Trading Standards believes the fraudsters could move on to other locations in Norwich and the rest of the county.
Anyone who spots the group is urged to report them to the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133 or Norfolk Constabulary via 101.
If anyone vulnerable is being targeted or someone is in danger then the incident should be reported to 999.
