Tuck into authentic Italian dishes from a new street food trailer launching in Norwich this weekend.
Truffle has its first pitch at Junkyard Market in the city this Friday to Sunday (March 31-April 2), which runs outside St Mary's Works.
It serves dishes such as beef lasagne, fresh spaghetti carbonara and wild mushroom risotto, with Parmesan cheese and truffle toppings.
Truffle is one of four street food trailers run by Briston couple Ryan and Beccy Galvin.

They also have Phat Khao with Thai food, a collaboration with their friend David Carter, Moody Cow serving steaks and fries and also launching this year is Lola's Pizzeria.
Mrs Galvin said: "We are excited to debut Truffle at Junkyard and we have more bookings throughout the year at locations including Pinewoods Holiday Park in Wells and Kelling Heath Holiday Park, near Holt.
"We are passionate about Italian food and saw a gap in the market for a trailer offering pasta dishes."
After this weekend, Truffle will return to Junkyard at various points in 2023, which will be posted on social media.
