The application, submitted by Enefola Samuel Apeh, states: "All licensable activities will be carried out within the building. Alcohol will be stored in the storage cupboard within the building and sold from the bar counter area which is located on the left on entry into the building."
The total internal area of the premises is 987 sq ft and the proposed business plans to begin trading on June 1.
It is situated between Bar & Beyond and the former Prince of Wales Road pub which is being transformed into an arcade bar.
