A woman putting Norwich firmly on the map for vegan food has been named one of the top entrepreneurs in the UK.
Michelle McCabe of The Tipsy Vegan in St Benedicts Street placed at number four in the 2023 E2E Female 100 List, celebrating the highest performing female-led businesses in the country.
Founded in 2011 by Shalini Khemka CBE, E2E connects like-minded entrepreneurs and used data to compile the list.
The Tipsy Vegan, which Ms McCabe runs with partner Cheryl Mullinger, has an all-female management team and has had an impressive growth rate of 136pc over the last year.

She said: "It is a real honour to be recognised within this list of 100 incredible female-led businesses.
"We have worked hard to create a welcoming environment where our customers know they will be looked after and can enjoy delicious food and drinks, and I’m so pleased it is paying off."
