The owners of a city bookshop are still buzzing with excitement after a visit from a literary hero.
Jacqueline Wilson, the author of the beloved Tracy Beaker series, popped along to Bookbugs and Dragon Tales in Timberhill on Saturday (April 8).
The visit coincided with a talk at Blackfriars Hall that evening.

Leanne Fridd, who runs the business with her husband Dan, said: "It was incredible to have her visit. We have met her once before but it was magical for her to now have visited our store.
"Our children grew up reading her books so it was a special moment. Our friend, who is her biggest fan, happened to be in the shop at the same time which made it extra special.
"We are very lucky to be in this industry and get to meet such wonderful people."
The visit follows a recent nomination for the thriving store which is in the running to be named Independent Bookshop of the Year award at the British Book Awards 2023.
The novelist joined a growing number of writers who have signed the shop's wall and she spent time meeting fans and signing books.
