A Norfolk bakery is on a roll as it gears up to open its second shop in the Norwich Lanes.
Loaf Microbakery will launch at 15 Dove Street, in the former home of Jane Richards Interiors, on Thursday, April 13.
It is run by couple Clare and Oliver Brown, both 47, and follows the success of the first Loaf in Wymondham, which opened in early 2021.
The city branch will operate as a takeaway and café, with everything on the menu plant-based.
This includes sourdough loaves, doughnuts with seasonal fillings, focaccia and focaccia sandwiches, cardamom and cinnamon buns and rye bread, with coffees on offer too.

The pair, who live in Great Hockham, has also teamed up with Wildfarmed to introduce regenerative grains to their products, which use environmentally-friendly methods.
Mrs Brown said: "I initially started baking for friends and family in lockdown to cheer them up and it was so well received that I decided to do deliveries, which led to the Wymondham shop and now Norwich.
"We get a lot of customers in Wymondham who are from Norwich and they kept asking for a Loaf in the city.

"Our business ethos is all about being transparent with good and organic ingredients and our products are made by hand and with love."
Their future plans include sharing bread platters and house granola and the basement will become a bread therapy space, with free bookable sessions once a month on a Sunday.
Mrs Brown added: "We want to give back to the community and invite people who are lonely or struggling to come and shape dough with us, which we will bake and give to them."
The main bakery is based in a converted unit at a farm in Breckles.
Loaf Microbakery Norwich is open Thursday to Sunday 9am to 3pm.
