A popular New York-style sandwich stall is to branch out to breakfasts.
The Bodega, on Norwich Market, will be serving mouth-watering folded egg sandwiches, avocado toast and loaded bagels - to name a few.
A New York bodega is a 24-hour convenience store with a deli where people come for affordable food - and now the city stall will open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, having collaborated earlier in the year with The Garnet pub with Bodega available to order to the pub every Friday.
The Bodega can be found at stall 175 and is owned by Edd Watkinson, 30, who lives in the city. He will be celebrating his first birthday on the stall this summer and the next few months will see him host some pop-up chefs.
Mr Watkinson said: "It is such a classic Bodega thing to, with the famous bacon, egg and cheese. It's something I've wanted to do for a while but didn't want to get up in the morning!
"There is some nice stuff on offer in the city for breakfast, but I just feel like I can do something a bit different.
"Normally what we do is quite big and over the top, but with the breakfasts being customisable, there are lighter options."
Mr Watkinson uses produce from his neighbouring market stalls - such as avocado from Mike, Debs and Sons and sourdough from Bread Source.
Visitors can customise their own dish or choose from the menu. Breakfasts range from £5 to £7, on offer Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 11am from April 18.
