A mystery firm is taking on the former Pedro's restaurant in Norwich.
The site in Chapelfield Gardens has sat empty since Harry's Bar and Restaurant announced its closure last year.
But now the city council has confirmed that a new company is going to take on the well-known building.

A spokeswoman for Norwich City Council said: "We can confirm a new company has taken on the lease for the city council-owned restaurant building in Chapelfield Gardens."
Harry's closed its doors in October after nearly four years at the site.
It had replaced Pedro's which opened in the late-1980s and offered tacos and burritos - something new for the area at that time.
It was one of the city's oldest restaurants which had served up Mexican-themed food for almost 30 years before its closure in May 2019.
Diners would traditionally don a sombrero before being seated at their table to take a look through an extensive menu of Mexican treats.
