The pub in Hall Road went up for sale by auction in October last year and was bought for £250,000 by the new landlord.
They have now joined forces with management company Snug Hospitality to relaunch the traditional boozer, becoming the Norfolk-based team's fifth pub in its portfolio.

Managing director Daniel Pratt said: "We're just really excited to have finally reached the opening date. It's been a long time coming and it's been great to meet the local community.
"We love this industry and we work really hard to make underloved pubs favourites of locals again."
The pub has also added a kitchen to the pub with hopes to start serving food in the next six weeks.
Staff also plan to launch regular quiz nights and have live music events.
