Neighbours have recalled the moment a home caught fire and spewed flames leaving passers-by in disbelief and the owners "hysterical" in the aftermath.
Lillie Wilkinson lives opposite where the blaze took place in North Road, Blofield and called the fire department just before 12.50pm.
She said: "I was sat in the back garden and could smell it.
"I know the builders working in there so when I saw it was on fire I called them immediately because I knew they were in there decorating and told them to get out.
"I then called the fire department.
"Both the workers and dogs which were in the house managed to get out safely but nobody knows what happened.

"The owners just got back and are hysterical - they're so upset as they've only just finished getting it done."
Six Norfolk Fire and Rescue teams rushed to the scene and had the fire under control by 2.15pm, with nobody hurt in the fire.
A next-door neighbour, who didn't want to be named, added: "I was painting out in the back garden when it happened.
"Blofield Primary School is next to me and a teacher was gesturing towards the house saying it was on fire.
"When I saw the flames I couldn't believe it - there was so much smoke and fire coming out from the house."
